Start with a 30-day free trial for up to five seats. After that, one graduated seat scale: $35 for a single seat, $65 for two to five, and a flat $25 for every seat after the fifth. No AI markup. No surprises.
Launch DaveDave starts with a 30-day free trial for up to five seats. After the trial, pricing is a single graduated seat scale rather than plans you switch between: $35/month for one seat, $65/month for two to five seats, and a flat $25/month for every seat after the fifth. That puts 10 seats at $190/month, 25 seats at $565/month, and 250 seats at $6,190/month. There's no AI usage markup: you bring your own provider keys.
Yes. Dave offers a 30-day free trial for up to five seats, so you can build and run real workflows before committing to a paid plan. No sales call is required to start.
One graduated scale, not four plans you switch between. A single seat is $35/month, two to five seats are $65/month in total, and every seat after the fifth adds a flat $25/month. The cards below are the common points on that scale, so a 10-seat team pays $190/month.
1 seat · $35.00 effective per seat. Try Dave for real, not a demo.
5 seats · $13.00 effective per seat. For small teams running workflows together.
25 seats · $22.60 effective per seat. For teams scaling workflows across the org.
Every seat past the first five, linear and with no cliffs. 25 seats bills $565/month; a 250-seat block bills $6,190/month.
One graduated scale produces every one of these numbers, so there is nothing to choose between and nothing to re-negotiate as you grow. Every seat after the fifth adds exactly $25 a month, so the cost per person climbs gently toward $25 and never passes it, whether you are ten people or two hundred and fifty.
| Team size | Dave, per month | Per person, per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 seat | $35 | $35.00 |
| 2 seats | $65 | $32.50 |
| 5 seats | $65 | $13.00 |
| 10 seats | $190 | $19.00 |
| 25 seats | $565 | $22.60 |
| 50 seats | $1,190 | $23.80 |
| 100 seats | $2,440 | $24.40 |
| 250 seats | $6,190 | $24.76 |
The seat line is the whole bill. These are the charges that never appear next to it.
AI model usage. Your agents call your own provider account with your own API key, so your model spend lands on your provider's invoice at your provider's price. Dave never proxies those calls, never pools credentials across customers, and never takes a cut of a token.
Servers, SSL certificates and patching. There is nothing to provision and nothing to maintain: HelloDave.ai hosts and operates the instance, and the 18-step security hardening pass and platform updates are part of the seat price.
Per run, per task or per action metering. There is no usage meter anywhere in the billing model. The only quantity the payment system ever sees is how many seats you have.
A setup fee, or a jump when you outgrow a plan. There is no onboarding charge and no re-tiering. Adding a sixth person adds $25 a month, and so does adding the hundredth.
Yes. You name your workspace and go through secure checkout when you sign up, and a card is collected at that point but is not charged until the 30-day trial ends. The trial covers up to five seats and is a time-boxed preview of the same paid seat scale, not a different product, so nothing about how Dave works changes when it converts.
If the trial ends without a paid subscription, or a payment lapses later, the workspace is locked until billing is resolved. An administrator sees options to renew, update payment or manage the subscription, and everyone else is pointed to their administrator. Nothing is deleted while a workspace is locked, and paying or renewing restores full access immediately.
An administrator changes the seat count from the billing screen. New seats become usable immediately and the difference is prorated, and deactivating or removing a person frees their seat again. You cannot drop below the number of people still active, so the seat count and the team can never disagree.
More than 250 seats, or SOC 2/GDPR compliance requirements? Let's talk it through.
Yes, a 30-day free trial for up to five seats. It includes the full visual workflow builder, AI agents, and human review, and you bring your own AI provider keys.
Yes, on one graduated scale rather than plans you switch between. A single seat is $35/month, two to five seats are $65/month in total, and every seat after the fifth adds a flat $25/month. So 10 seats is $190/month and 25 seats is $565/month, with no cliffs and no re-tiering.
No. Your AI calls go directly from your workflow to your AI provider using your own API keys. We never proxy, pool, or mark up a single token.
We'll get in touch, and we won't cut off a running workflow mid-execution. Nothing meters automatically: the only quantity your subscription counts is how many seats you have, so there is no usage charge and no overage to buy.
Yes. Seats scale linearly at $25/month each after the first five, so a large rollout is priced on the same scale as a small one. Enterprise Expansion adds dedicated onboarding, SOC 2 and GDPR audit compliance modes, and custom regional deployment. Contact us to talk through your needs.
Dave becomes generally available Monday, September 14, 2026. You can start your free trial at launch.
No. Signup is self-serve: name your organization, choose your workspace address, set an administrator email and password, and start a 30-day free trial for up to five seats at secure checkout. Talk to us when you want to discuss a large rollout or a compliance requirement, not to get started.
Yes. Every pending invitation reserves a seat, so your active users plus your outstanding invitations cannot exceed the seats you pay for. Revoking an invitation frees that seat again straight away.
Yes. An administrator manages the subscription from the billing screen, which opens the payment provider's customer portal for updating a payment method, viewing invoice history and cancelling. Seat changes are made on the same screen and take effect immediately.
Only an administrator. Dave also seeds a Financial role for billing and subscription management, one of its six built-in roles. Members without those rights see a prompt to contact their administrator rather than a payment screen.
