Dean Brown and Adam Valine bring more than 35 years of combined technology operations experience between them, most of it earned solving this same problem for organisations like Wells Fargo, Franklin Templeton, Morgan Stanley, and UBS, where workflow, scale, and governance were never optional.

HelloDave.ai was founded by Dean Brown, a seasoned leader in Digital Asset Management (DAM), Workflow Optimization, and AI integration. With more than 25 years in marketing technology and transformation, Dean has led enterprise-scale workflow and DAM programs at Wells Fargo (VP, Global Workflow Capabilities), Franklin Templeton, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Investment Bank, alongside 18+ years working with Aprimo, the operations discipline built into how Dave runs.

Adam Valine is Co-Founder of HelloDave.ai, bringing more than 15 years in enterprise marketing technology and operations. He spent nearly a decade at Franklin Templeton across business analysis and content systems, then six years at Wells Fargo as VP, Marketing Technology, before partnering with Dean to build Dave, pairing that same big-company operations discipline with hands-on platform engineering. Adam holds an Executive MBA from Boise State University.
